Today, we hosted our first annual TCMS Quiz Bowl. Long Drain, River, Paden City, and Shortline Middle Schools came to participate, along with teams of our own. Tyler Team A defeated River Team A in the championship round by 1 question. Thank you to Mrs. Strode and Mrs. Boso for organizing, all of our volunteers, participants, and NJHS students for making this possible! What a great event!

Congratulations to Mrs. Boso's advisory class for winning our iReady March Madness Tournament! Each week, advisory classes were matched up, and we took the class average of iReady Math and Reading lessons that were completed in each advisory class. These students will be rewarded with a trip to Boggs' Pizza for lunch this Friday!

Students in Mrs. Wright’s STEAM class took advantage of a sunny day and got to tie dye a shirt. They all turned out great!

ATTENTION PARENTS:

6th grade students started their engineering design unit today in science class. Their introduction activity was to build a tower out of spaghetti noodles, string, and tape. The tower had to hold a marshmallow at the top. Students were given limited supplies and only 15 minutes to design and build their towers.
