Congratulations to our Silver Knight Archers who competed in the state tournament shoot today! Lily Thompson scored a 281 at the state shoot finishing in 9th place! She has now qualified for the Eastern Nationals in Louisville Kentucky coming up May 7th-9th. Way to go Lily! Dane Nelson shot a 264. Walker Ramsey shot a 260. Gracie Watson shot 257. Our Silver Knights were very well represented and have had yet another great season! #KnightsPride

Today was an exciting day for Ayo Buerger and Tyler Consolidated High School! Mrs. Stephens submitted Ayo's artwork for the Arts Alive poster contest in January. Out of 77 entries from across the state, a panel of 15 judges chose Ayo's art as the winner! She was invited to the WVDE State Capitol Complex today to work one on one with a graphic artist to finalize her artwork into the poster that will be used for all Arts Alive publications for this year! She had a fantastic experience and represented herself and TCHS to the highest standard! We are so proud of you, Ayo! #KnightsPride

The winter was long, the roads were snowy, and sickness hit us hard but great work is happening with our students and staff! Check out our 3rd nine weeks recap! We have seen increase in our academic achievement, consistency with attendance, and more students getting involved! The Spring brings growth and we are looking forward to a strong finish! The All County Choir Concert has been rescheduled for Monday, April 20th, at 6pm in the Tyler Consolidated Auditorium. Please join us for an evening of showcasing the choral talent of Tyler County students.

Today our seniors got to enjoy a day of fun at Emerson Lanes bowling alley and Grand Central Mall. As we approach their graduation date, we will be looking back on their incredible accomplishments and looking forward to their next steps. Today was a day for them to enjoy their time together and make memories with their peers. We hope that they had a great day together! #KnightsPride
